Our boltup steel buildings come with everything you need. There is no need for any welding or any cutting. We have done everything for you. Simply prepare the floor you prefer and the rest will be shipped to you completely to erect fast.

What do you get?
We pride ourselves in giving you a complete solution for your needs. Everything from the floor up will be supplied. This usually includes:
1a. All Bolt Up steel work is genuine RSJ throughout, shotblasted to B.S. SA 2.5 and coated with 150 microns of high build paint.
1b. If necessary, where a building needs maximum protection from a corrosive environment, all the steel work can be supplied fully hot dipped galvanized.
2. All timber is imported and pre-treated
3. Timbers are pre-drilled to accept the bolts where necessary
4. DPC (Damp Proof Course) supplied to provide sheet to timber barrier
5. All necessary nuts, bolts and washers are provided
6. All upright members come with pre-drilled base plates and their anchor bolts
7. Cleader rails are provided
8. Ridge flashings
9. Barge flashings
10. Upright corner flashings
11. Drip flashings where necessary
12. Haunches and gussets where specified / necessary(as determined by unit span)
13. X braces where specified / necessary (as determined by unit span)
14. Galvanized heavy duty beveled gutters

20. Top quality gutter sealant
21. Tech screws are all Dacromet coated
22. Translucent roof sheets to proper HSA standard
